What is beef tallow, and why cook with it?

Tallow is rendered beef fat, a traditional cooking fat. We use grass-fed, grass-finished tallow with no additives, so the chips are cooked in one simple fat.

How long do the chips stay fresh?

About 120 days of shelf life, unopened. Every bag is packed with nitrogen to protect the crunch.
