Goat Cheese Chip Crostinis

Ingredients

  • MASA Chips White Corn
  • 10 oz plain goat cheese log
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream or half and half
  • Fresh blueberries
  • Fresh strawberries, cubed

Directions

  1. To the food processor, add the goat cheese and heavy cream

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping the sides as needed

  3. Place the MASA White on a serving platter

  4. Pipe or spoon dollops of the goat cheese on each cracker

  5. Top with the fresh blueberries and strawberries

  6. Serve and enjoy!
