The base is a savory, protein-packed layer of seasoned beef and melted cheddar, topped with a mountain of fresh garden veggies and cool guacamole. Add your ground beef to a hot cast iron skillet and cook thoroughly. Once browned, stir in the taco seasoning and 1/3 cup of water. Simmer on low until the water is fully absorbed and the beef is well-coated.
In a baking dish, spread an even layer of organic refried beans. Top with a layer of salsa, then the seasoned ground beef, and finally a generous handful of shredded grass-fed cheddar.
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Bake the dip for 15–20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling. For a crispy, golden top, you can switch to the broiler for the last 2 minutes.
