This isn't your average party dip. By swapping out standard ingredients for grass-fed beef, organic refried beans, and full-fat Greek yogurt, we’ve created a nutrient-dense version of the ultimate game-day staple. The base is a savory, protein-packed layer of seasoned beef and melted cheddar, topped with a mountain of fresh garden veggies and cool guacamole. It’s hearty, satisfying, and the perfect dip for MASA Chips.

1.5 lbs grass-fed ground beef
1 pack taco seasoning
1 can organic refried beans
Grass-fed cheddar cheese, shredded
Grass-fed full-fat Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
Cherry tomatoes, halved
Shredded lettuce
Guacamole
Salsa
Black olives, sliced
Green onion, sliced
Fresh cilantro, chopped
MASA Chips Original, for serving
Add your ground beef to a hot cast iron skillet and cook thoroughly. Once browned, stir in the taco seasoning and 1/3 cup of water. Simmer on low until the water is fully absorbed and the beef is well-coated.
In a baking dish, spread an even layer of organic refried beans. Top with a layer of salsa, then the seasoned ground beef, and finally a generous handful of shredded grass-fed cheddar.
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Bake the dip for 15–20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling. For a crispy, golden top, you can switch to the broiler for the last 2 minutes.
Once out of the oven, pile on the fresh ingredients. Layer the shredded lettuce, cherry tomatoes, black olives, green onions, and cilantro.
Add dollops of guacamole, Greek yogurt (or sour cream), and an extra drizzle of your favorite salsa or hot sauce. Serve immediately with a bowl of MASA Chips.
