Snack
Sweet, spooky, and snackable, this yogurt bark is everything we love about fall in one bite. Swirls of pumpkin spice, cocoa, and vanilla come together with a crunchy topping of MASA Churro and candy eyes for a treat that’s equal parts creamy, crunchy, and fun. It’s the perfect make-ahead snack for Halloween parties, or just to keep in the freezer for something festive and a little unexpected.

4 cups vanilla yogurt, divided
⅓ cup pumpkin puree
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1–2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
2 tsp cocoa powder
MASA Chips Churro, crushed
Candy eyeballs, for decoration
Line a freezer-safe baking dish or sheet pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix 3 cups of vanilla yogurt with pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice. Add maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter base.
Spread the pumpkin yogurt mixture evenly into a rectangle on the prepared dish.
In two small bowls, mix ½ cup of vanilla yogurt with cocoa powder in one, leaving the other plain.
Add both mixtures to piping bags or squeeze bottles.
Pipe ghost shapes with the plain yogurt and spider webs with the cocoa yogurt.
Sprinkle crushed MASA Chips Churro and candy eyeballs over the top.
Freeze for 4–5 hours or until firm, then break into pieces for serving.
